Public Transportation
The Canada Line is Vancouver’s skytrain connecting YVR to downtown Vancouver in less than 30 minutes. Riders may access trains from both the International and Domestic Terminals.

Vancouver's easy and accessible transit system is the perfect way for visitors to get around. Many of Vancouver’s major attractions can be reached via transit. TransLink is the regional transportation authority, and it runs a public transit system that includes buses, the SkyTrain, the SeaBus, and the West Coast Express commuter train service.
Celebration of Light
For three nights at the end of July, a major fireworks extravaganza lights up the sky over Vancouver.

Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival
With over 40,000 cherry trees adorning the streets of Vancouver, throngs of visitors descend on the city each spring to take it all in. Festivities include bike rides, viewing tours and arts events.

Vancouver International Jazz Festival
Over 12 days in late June and early July, music fans enjoy seeing an eclectic range of music including jazz, fusion, Latin, funk, blues and world music. As many as 1,800 artists perform 300 shows at nearly 40 venues throughout the story.
